Three allium flower heads rise on slender, hand-drawn enamel stems, their blooms bursting outward in a rich cascade of red and deep plum. Layers of frit in fine, medium and coarse grades build up the flower heads, creating real texture and movement, while scattered fragments across the clear glass base suggest seeds or petals caught in the air.
 
The glossy, fire-polished surface catches the light beautifully, giving depth to the densely fused frit at the centre and a delicate sparkle to the finer particles at the edges. Mounted in a frame, this piece works well in a living room, hallway or bedroom.
