A richly detailed autumn tree forms the centrepiece of this handmade fused glass bottle. The trunk and branches are hand-drawn using enamel paints, while the canopy is built up with layers of frit (crushed glass) in deep reds and garnet tones, giving the foliage real texture and dimension. A ground of light green frit anchors the scene. The fire-polished surface catches the light beautifully, drawing out the depth and luminosity of the layered glass. The 50ml glass bottle is supplied empty with five extra thick reeds, ready for your choice of diffuser oil, or use it as a bud vase for a single stem. A lovely addition to a windowsill, shelf or bathroom.
